Bio

Raised in Newburyport, MA, Becky is a native New Englander who hates being cold, but loves this place and will never leave! Becky majored in English Language and Literature at Gordon College. After a brief stint teaching high school English and coaching cross country, Becky realized that in ministry, she could do what she loved most about teaching and coaching - nurturing, leading, and helping people grow, except without the grammar lessons and long runs!

In response to this call, Becky completed her Master of Divinity at Princeton Theological Seminary. Prior to settling in Acton, Becky served as pastor and chaplain in a variety of ministry contexts, from churches to a retirement community. Ever seeking it herself, Becky loves sharing the untold depths of God's love and pointing the lonely authentic Christian community. Beyond this, Becky enjoys literature, writing, beautiful places, and re-arranging her home. More than anything, she relishes kicking back with her husband Will and their sweet kiddos.

Raised near Nyack, NY, Will first came to the Boston area to attend Gordon College. There he met a redhead named Becky and has been following her ever since. Will has ministered in hospitals, classrooms, and a variety of churches. A believer in the ancient dictum "faith seeking understanding," Will earned a Ph.D. in systematic theology from Princeton Theological Seminary, specializing in the conversation between modern culture and the church's proclamation of the God revealed in Jesus. He has published articles for The Scottish Journal of Theology, Ecclesiology, and The Covenant Quarterly. He loves to preach, teach, and help God's people connect heart, mind, and spirit. He also loves to play basketball, ponder the metaphysical, root for the NY Knicks, and, above all, enjoy time with Becky and their three children.

Bio

Travis fell in love with the Church as a young teenager and has devoted his life to helping God's people accomplish God's mission. He is passionate about the local gathering of believers becoming fully involved in the great story of God being told within their community. Pursuing that passion has led Travis to serve as a missionary, pastor, and church planter in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Iowa, the hipster community of Asheville, NC, and the greater-Boston area of Massachusetts.

Besides being a theology and church planting nerd, Travis is a professional multi-instrumentalist, private music instructor, and graphic designer. He has several strong opinions about music, ecclesiology, liturgy, vinyl records, the Green Bay Packers, and Doctor Who. He is married to the love of his life, Becky. They have two pre-teen daughters who are the delight of their lives and are geek musicians and missiologists in training.

Cath grew up in nearby Westborough and attended Boston University, but has spent the last ten-plus years serving the church elsewhere - first in London, where she fell in love with church ministry; then in Chicago, where she received her M.Div. from North Park Theological Seminary; then onto a small town in Nebraska; and finally as a pastor in Cincinnati. Cath is a Massachusetts girl at heart. She first heard about God in the woods of New Hampshire at Pilgrim Pines. She could not get enough of camp and spent ten summers on staff at Camp Squanto. She is so excited to be home in New England where she can continue to love children, families and young adults. Cath also loves spending time with her family, especially her niece and nephew, reading books, listening to podcasts, watching movies, playing soccer and getting up to shenanigans.
