You are invited to join the entire Highrock community every weekday at noon for a moment of reflection, prayer, and celebrating how God changes lives through His Word.
In case you haven't heard the news, out of abundance of love for our vulnerable members and neighbors, we are cancelling Sunday public worship and any gatherings of 25+ people. We are exploring alternative ways to connect in this time, including a live stream of a "mini-service." Below you'll find everything you need to know about participating in church virtually on Sunday morning, while also staying connected in this time...
The service will begin streaming at 10am on our Highrock Acton YouTube channel HERE, and will also be linked on our church Facebook page HERE.
If this is your first time using these platforms, the stream will become available at 10am, but you can begin watching at anytime after 10am. We also strongly encourage you to subscribe to our YouTube channel and "like" our Facebook pages, so you can receive notifications and be ready to connect for next Sunday!
If you go to THIS PAGE on our website, you can find Kidsrock videos for every age group, plus memory verses, a printable "GodTime Card," and a whole bunch of resources about how to support your kids during this peculiar time. If you have kids, we encourage you to work through the Kidsrock materials with your young ones either before or after viewing the service!
For those who consider Highrock their spiritual home, we provide an opportunity each week during service for folks to give tithes and offerings as an act of worship that fuels the church's mission. You can still give, even if we're not gathered in person!
Just go to highrockacton.org/giving, and you can either give directly online or find instructions for mailing in a contribution. There are multiple avenues to give!
Please check out our COVID-19 Connections page for links to resources within Highrock and our community, for both receiving support of various kinds and for ways to offer support and blessing to others!
We want to care for one another in this time! If you could use groceries or medicine delivered, or would just appreciate a friendly conversation, please let us know! Or if you are willing to help out in any way, please let us know! Just email Pastor Becky at email@example.com in either case. Our ministry staff are busy making sure we are connected and serving one another.
In addition, we strongly encourage you to regularly visit our website, but we will also be sending our regular announcements and notifications through this newsletter (if you know others who want to stay connected this way, have them sign up HERE).
Another great way to stay connected in this time is through MyRock, our online communication tool! You can sign up for MyRock HERE. This is a great opportunity to make sure you're plugged into all of our online communication outlets so you can stay connected while we're practicing social distancing!
If you want to stay caught up on Sunday messages, you can always go to our podcast or website.
